I drive a delivery truck from Edmonton to Vegreville twice a day and stop in this Tim Hortons twice a day also. Starting a year ago, the service has gone totally down the drain. What I mean is what I order, is not what I get. Large coffee 2 cream 1 sugar is what I order. What I get depends on who works. Most of the time no cream, sometimes no sugar. In the morning the adults work and my order is okay. In the late afternoon the teenage girls work and that 's when 8 times out of ten I have to return for the correct coffee. Its a hassle because of staff shortage it take 5 to 10 minutes when its busy. 6 years ago When I first stated getting my coffee here the staff was mostly adult filipino work...
Stopped in to use the bathroom that was so dirty and no toilet paper , water everywhere, looked garbage door open . Then went to order food and waited over ten minutes while watching people ask for service and get told by staff they are busy so the customers walked out. While it was my turn a nice girl who was new named Kayla helped me. I told her and she was apologetic. I ordered soup for my child to take on the road so asked for a few icecubes in it. When I got it from a slow working girl I checked because I could feel the cold through the bag. It was full of ice so I scooped it out with my hand and asked the girl if she could top it up with hot soup. She rolled her eyes and went back wher...
This is by far the absolute worst Tim hortons ever. Every time I order an ice coffee the flavor is never the same...always drastically different. They consistantly mess up orders, and even though you have proof of it they still say no you never paid for that so you dont get it even though you did. Not to mention the drive through line is always 15 minutes or more. They have poor staff...(not all of them) in the sense that they 're rude, argue with you for asking to change your order slightly and are just absolutely rude!!! I asked the older lady that worked there for my food twice...after waiting 30 minutes for a coffee and wrap...as the customers who ordered food after me were getting their...
Drive through was fast and convenient, location is a bit far though from highway exit as I was in my way to Lloydminister and needed to get a coffee and thought to stop by but it’s quite a drive though. Coffee is good ?? as supposed to be the same everywhere however some branches won’t taste the same.
