Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

We stopped in here as we do most trips. We have never had great service but we've always came back, until now. It is winter so snow is to be expected but their parking lot was a MESS! It has not been well maintained at...all. I had to switch my winter boots just so my shoes weren't destroyed for the rest of my drive. (Approx We ordered from Hero Burger which was a complete mistake. The service was the worst I've probably ever received. The cashier clearly didn't want to be at work. He didn't great us, mumbled instead if speaking and wasn't in the least bit pleasant. It was and it took minutes to get our food. Disorganized, inexperienced staff, long wait mins exact), and they got my order wrong. also no supervisor or manager because I asked to speak to them they point at the ceiling. They kept taking order in spite of not being able to handle existing orders.Afterward...i called supervisor she cut me off.I hope she gets fired. I called the head office to report them.

Need to change procedures. Why does Tim Hortons ANYWHERE never give napkins with food orders? I have been to Tim Hortons locations throughout Ontario and it is always the same……never have I received napkins with any food order. It really is common sense that people...need napkins particularly when taking out!!! People should not always have to ask.

What should I write about this place? You hardly have a choice of alternatives here, for example if you are looking for a quick breakfast. Therefore it is always quite crowded here and you have to wait a little. This place isn't pleasant, just functional....And the food? Well, you can't expect culinary highlights, of course.

I've been there a couple of times, ordering a coffee and bagel. Just the standard fare. However, it lacks the atmosphere of other locations-maybe because it mainly caters to passing travelers?

Been here many tines since it opened. It never gets better. Slow and sloppy getting your order correct. Poor staff and English isn’t a language they understand. Shameful

Was given the worst breakfast sandwiches on this planet. Stale and cold. I think they frgot to heat them. Avoid this location or stick to having only coffee.

This is the slowest Tim Hortens I have ever visited the staff don't seem to be happy to be at work rarely smile and they don't have oatmeal cookies
