I stopped at Tim Hortons on my way to work to get a coffee and breakfast i ordered a double double a sausage farmers wrap and a couple donuts. well the 1st guy the one at the till gave me my coffee and the donuts and told me to wait i waited and i was watching the second guy the one making the food kind of wander around and slowly putting cream cheese on bagels and wrapping them. I stood there for 15 minutes and asked the first guy how much longer it was going to take then he told me rudely that if i didnt want to wait i should have made it at home and that they serve 100 people every morning. Iv’e been to a lot of Tim Hortons locations who served way more people than that and were still fas...
Do not go to this restaurant at all. The last two times I visited, I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich even though there were only 1-2 people in front of me. They also got my order completely wrong. The restaurant is very dirty and seems to have gone downhill. I will not be coming back due to poor service and cleanliness. I recommend that corporate pays a surprise visit to this location, as it reflects poorly on their brand.
The staff's behavior was very poor. When we asked for the key to the washroom, she said they didn't have one, even after multiple requests. I was very tired and needed to use the restroom. Additionally, she spoke very rudely to us, she was an Indian girl. I don't want to visit this place anymore, which is why we didn't order anything.
The staff are incredibly slow and seem uninterested in even being there. We ordered coffee, doughnuts and ice capps. The server gave us the coffee and served the rest of the store (10 people or so) before asking us what we were waiting for as she had forgotten the ice capps as soon as we Reserva una mesa ahora
coffee and lots of food choices but the lady Yesterday .didn't take our order right charged us for a 3rd wrap we didnt order. They where not good at all. We Had already left and where not about to waste gas to go back . Definitely wont go back there again this was the down town one.
