Tim Hortons Donuts

Went to Tim’s this morning got smile cookie as I love the sugar cookies. The person who took my order didn’t let me know what they were giving me was Chocolate chip cookie with smile face. Disappointed when I got home and opened the bag and was not a sugar cookie I ordered 6 went for and order 6 as only available till tomorrow. If a special for short season should have what they advertise or st least let people know a substitution was being made.

I keep having issues with my order – it’s either wrong or something's missing. I'm really frustrated with having to call and complain all the time. It’s starting to feel like I either come across as a cheap, unappreciated nag or like I’m trying to scam Tim Hortons for an extra coffee or donut! Honestly, it’s a bit ridiculous. So now I’m left with the choice of either putting up with it or finding a different location altogether.

ive been going here for years. Ive noticed the ambiance of the restaurant and the staff has changed tremendously. Crew have been working hard with their managers and been doing an amazing job. Recommend this tims in town out of them

Vegetarian options: Not everyone enjoys meat, and it’s great to have healthier choices available. Personally, I love the apple fritters, smile cookies, and their muffins are fantastic! Reserva una mesa ahora

I had the worst experience at the drive-thru. They took my money and spilled my coffee, so now I'm out both cash and a drink.
