Tim Hortons Donuts

Went to Tim’s this morning got smile cookie as I love the sugar cookies. The person who took my order didn’t let me know what they were giving me was Chocolate chip cookie with smile face. Disappointed when I got home and opened the bag and was not a sugar cookie I ordered 6 went for and order 6 as only available till tomorrow. If a special for short season should have what they advertise or st least let people know a substitution was being made.

They're Constantly getting my order wrong or forgetting something?. Sick and tired of calling in and complaining,? I'm starting to sound like I'm either, a cheap,unappreciated, nagging old women?‍ ?; or I'm an unemployed adult trying to scam Tim Hortons for an extra coffee or donut ??lmfao. So either I deal with it ?or go to a different location all together?......

ive been going here for years. Ive noticed the ambiance of the restaurant and the staff has changed tremendously. Crew have been working hard with their managers and been doing an amazing job. Recommend this tims in town out of them

Great coffee good customer service ,polite,friendly two thumbs upVegetarian options: Not everyone's into meat,it's a healthy option, me myself I love the apple fritters and the smile cookies and the muffins are great
