Awful experience. I went to tin cup with my family and had a wonderful first impression. Server was so friendly she got our drinks and orders fast. When we got our food it was all made wrong (we have been there before) enchiladas were made with nacho chips instead of a wrap. Food was cold and dry and just not good at all. We asked to speak to a manager about this and our server had to address the situation on her own the best she could because there was no management. My daughter is the manager at east sides and was not impressed by this at all. It was a busy Saturday night and they had no management. In the end we tipped our server because it wasn't her fault and left angry and unsatisfied....
This is one of my favourite places in Brantford to eat. My only complaint is how dark it always is inside, even during the afternoon. It's a turn off. There's a patio outside and a separated bar and dining area. TVs everywhere. Wheelchair accessible. I've learned you can't really go wrong with anything on the menu. I'd recommend the dip trio, wings or tenders, and my boyfriend loves the nachos. The steak tacos are my all time favourite though. You get three small ones but they are loaded up with multiple sauces, steak, mango jalapeño salsa, cabbage and guacamole. Service is a mix. Quite decent place for some good ol' bar food and wings in Brantford! I'm usually in Brantford a few times a year for work and I always make it a point to stop by here for a meal and a drink when I'm in the area. They have a 2 for 1 wing deal every Wednesday I never miss this when I'm in the area. The wings are quite hefty and the flavours are great. I personally love the lemon pepper flavour. The place has several TVs so it's sure to be the place to be when there's a big game on. Currently, the place is going under some construction on one side so there's limited places to sit.
This is probably the worst sports grill in town. I used to go there every weekend for wings but have recently found out my favourite server has been fired to cover up the mistakes of bad management. I could always over look the crappy food and rude management because of the friendly service from a few( and I mean only a few) of the servers but now I will not be returning. Do not support this establishment who treats there employees like there disposable.

I was searching for a new bar for me and my friends to hang out at, and I stumbled upon Tin Cup. I visited for the first time and ordered a drink, but was taken aback when I heard the much older server gossiping about her colleagues and customers in the bar. Her behavior seemed very unprofessional, so I do not plan on going back. I would not recommend this place.
I've now been to the Tin Cup at least five times and I have to say I find something new on the menu every time, and it never disappoints! Their nachos are amazing and I loved their turkey burger with green apple and cranberry mayo. Definitely worth a visit! Wait staff can be a bit quiet and I had one waitress who seemed afraid to talk to my group of 3 people.
This restaurant is permanently closed. It was once a nice sports bar with good food and service, but unfortunately it closed due to Covid. They cleared out the premises early on in the pandemic and will not be reopening.
We used to love this restaurant but it has been on a decline. The wait staff is friendly, but the food quality has decreased. The so-called Manager lacks people skills, which is the main reason we won't be returning.

Went for drinks and watch the game. We ordered some wings, and burgers. Wing's portion was ok, but very small wings. Burgers weren't flavorful. Staff were very slow. Food came out warm-to-cool in temp. Not impressed
