My husband and I came in to visit on a late night during the week. We didn’t know that after a certain time the switch to a late night menu which was ok. We ordered and ran into a snag with food preparation which led to a super long wait time. Unfortunately that night we couldn’t wait any longer and decided to leave. I decided to just call and inform the manger Andrew of our experience. He was simply a joy! Such a kind guy that already knew of our experience via a server and he was attentive and showed effort in making it right. My experience, I would classify it as discrimination. On 2 separate business trips has been my experience. One visit, I did not get greeted and I had to wait 25 minutes sitting at the bar. There were only 6 other customers sitting in the bar area... YEP I counted them...!!! The 3 workers (2 bartenders 1 woman manager), was behind the bar having a personal conversation. Another woman came out the back passed ALL of us did not greet nor gave a care if we were customers or not. Finally got my drink they charged me $24 for a mixed drink. Yep.... I'd say discrimination.... Just like the other review... a much better restaurant next door...!!!
This is a disappointing establishment. The three staff members in the bar area barely acknowledge anyone, and it seems like they only serve those they prefer. Save your time and choose another place—next door at Ciro's, for example, where the food is excellent and the service is much better. I've given this review 5 stars just to make sure it gets noticed by others.
Horrible experience, had to wait 30 minutes for table service. Once we did receive our drinks we had to wait another 45 minutes to get service... actually I had to look up the phone with my cell phone and call into the restaurant while sitting at our table to get anyone to service us. Not worth the $80.43 bill I paid. There's a much better restaurant next door.

I ordered a Guava Paloma from the bar and thought it was quite good. I also requested an off-menu drink, and while they attempted to make it, they were missing two of the most essential ingredients. We'll give it another shot next time. The following morning, I ordered room service for breakfast and was very pleased with it. We’ll definitely be returning!
The waiter, hostess and bartender were all friendly. The restaurant was clean and there was no issue with noise, but the food was mediocre at best. I would expect more from a higher end boutique hotel restaurant... I would say this food would be comparable to a Chili's or Applebees, but with super inflated pricing
Everything the other reviewers said is true. They took forever to bring the food plus they brought it all wrong. The place was not busy at all, there where probably 3 tables with customers. I hope they will do something to improve the service. I will not be returning to this place.
Tipping Point is a fantastic spot for drinks with a friend, a dinner date, or lunch with colleagues. Situated inside Hotel Zaza in the heart of the Memorial City Mall area, it has consistently impressed me with its food and drinks. Thank you, Tipping Point!
