Toast - Reserva de mesa

I’ve been coming to Toast post pandemic and this review is for after the recent reopening. The food is delicious, large portions, you can’t go wrong with the eggs Benedict or avocado toast options. The lattes are yummy, I enjoy the Rose and Lavender latte. The patio atmosphere is great, family friendly and perfect for ladies brunching. It can get pretty busy on the weekends which can result in you waiting a little for your food but it’s worth the wait. My only pain point is the staff gets busy, so sometimes you have to chase them down for like napkins and more coffee. They should really just keep that coffee flowing, don’t wait until we ask for more. Overall, great place.

From the moment we entered the restaurant and noticed the thoughtful little details—like the pink Himalayan salt in each table's salt shaker and the first sip of their incredible cold brew coffee—we knew we were in for a special experience. I ordered the Santa Barbara, featuring fresh smoked salmon with cream cheese on marble rye. A light sprinkle of freshly chopped dill added the perfect finishing touch to my breakfast. The salmon was chilled and firm, providing a delightful contrast to the crunchy marble rye. The service was attentive without being overwhelming, which made our experience even better. We will definitely be returning!

I decided to give this restaurant another chance after not visiting for about 2-3 years. The service was, as always, outstanding— the staff was friendly and efficient. Since I ordered our meal to go, I won’t factor in the ambiance. The restaurant is small and cozy, but the patio area offers more space. The eggs Benedict were decent; the quality of the ingredients was good, but being in a container for 5 minutes definitely affected their crispiness. I’m hopeful that during our next visit, we can sit down and enjoy the full experience, which should improve my rating.

This place was amazing. My grandson just became gluten free and this place serves gluten free waffles and pancakes which he loves and really no other local restaurants. Make gluten free anything. But they are also vegan and they serve regular food as well. The service was great the waitress was very helpful went above and beyond and schooled us on the portions of the entries. The atmosphere was great. They only serve breakfast and brunch and it gets crowded so get there early they open at 8am and are located in Whittier CA Highly recommend Reserva una mesa ahora

We've dined here multiple times, and each visit has been fantastic. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is warm and friendly. As a new establishment, they are dedicated to improving their service and offerings every week. It's run by a young local resident from Whittier. Let's show our support by regularly visiting this charming little café!

Matthew welcomed us with enthusiasm upon seeing our Boxers! He was quick to seat us on the patio, which was fantastic. Our server, Janelle, was exceptionally attentive, not only to our furry friends but also to our drinks and food. We are visiting from Chicago for a short trip, and this experience was truly wonderful and delicious! Food: 5/5

My friend treated me to a wonderful breakfast with a veggie omelet and a cup of hot tea. The food was excellent and a good leftover portion to take home. We sat out in the patio area, and it wasn't too cold. The atmosphere serene, and our waitress was superb, anticipated our every need.Food: 5/5

The food is gourmet! I chose the squaw bread served with chimichurri sauce and a sunny-side-up egg, and I enjoyed every single bite. I also had the French toast, which comes in a half portion of two slices, along with a choice of seasonal berries. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5! Reserva una mesa ahora

Been here twice. This location plays degenerate trash music. Annoying when you're just trying to chill and enjoy a meal. The Brea location has a much better atmosphere.
