After one unfortunate experience, I came back and gave this place another chance and had the same terrible experience. I have never seen anyone movewith the lack of urgency that the woman in charge of making sandwiches moves with in my life. Owner/Manager served me. I believe he was an Indian gentleman. Not real friendly, looked mad. His mask appeared very old, and like he has been using it over and over for a long time. It looked worn, stretched out, and barely covering his face. They should use disposables. He handled the bread roughly and it split and separated in several areas, causing the sandwichto fall apart as I was trying to eat it. He did not spread out the meat evenly and I had bites with meat, and some biteswithout. Even though he wore disposible gloves, he never changed them the whole time I was watching him serve people. I ordered a #3 without tomatoes and even reminded the older lady to omit them. However, when I got to my car, I discovered there was no mustard and barely any mayo on my sandwich. Having worked here when Bill was the owner, I know it's not difficult to get simple orders right. I could have even written my order down, and I still think it would have been wrong.
The only positive aspect was the young man who greeted me warmly and wished me well, but sadly, he wasn't involved in preparing my order. I hope they can improve in this area.
I have been visiting this restaurant for years, and I can confidently say that the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting the current owner, who is down-to-earth and welcoming. The food is absolutely amazing! If you're in the area, be sure to stop by—you definitely won't be disappointed!

Togo's Sandwiches serves amazing, fresh, and tasty sandwiches! The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and you can tailor your order to your exact preferences. The staff is warm and friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable! I'm excited to go back!
Charging $18.00 for a pastrami sandwich and then proceeding to put as little as pastrami on the bread as possible. What a joke and rip off. I basically ate a foot long loaf of bread.
I like Togo's sandwiches, other sandwiches. But this store feels like it's sub-transforming-local..? understaffed..? More specials on the weekend?
