We came here because it was closer to where we lived, but I can honestly say I wish I'd driven to West Springfield instead. The environment was dead... The chef seemed like he was overworked (though his technical skills were amazing) and the waitress neverchecked in on us. They sat another company with us and automatically charged the 18% gratuity to our bill despite the fact wewere only a party of 4. I will NOT be going back to this location... If you're going to charge for gratuity, at LEAST provideit!!!! And to add to that, they tried to rush us out of the restaurant... As if they couldn't get us out fast enough! Spending$300 at a restaurant means you should and demand some kind of respec...
the server was the owner or manager i think and she hustles the hell out of the place, love to see how active she is to handle running the place and making sure customers are promptly handled. everything is clean and organized which makes for things to run at a higher function. the calamari stayed crispy even after it got a little cold which was nice and the sushi tastes fresh. i got edamame to go but besides that over all great spot. can't wait to try the hibachi.
I came here yesterday with my husband and brother to eat sushi. We ordered four different types of sushi and orange chicken. Soooo good! We dined in and the order came within ten minutes so not too long of a wait. I would definitely come back for sushithe next time I'm in Springfield.
The food was absolutely amazing, great atmosphere, in the chef's that cook in front of you were phenomenal.. if you like seafood definitely try the seafood salad it was absolutely off the chart

My sons and I go at least once a month for hibachi. We celebrate birthdays there too. The hibachi chef Brian is great and very entertaining.
Amazing food and service per usual. I loved the no-touch temperature check at the door and how clean everything was.
Excellent sushi sashimi. I come here about once a month and I have yet to be disappointed.
Great atmosphere and great food. I would highly recommend it for an enjoyable night out.
