When I arrived at 9:21 PM, I noticed an employee sweeping in the back. As I approached the entrance, he saw me and locked the door right in front of me. I thought he wouldn’t actually lock the door while I was just a few feet away, but sure enough, it was locked. He then acted as if he didn’t see me standing there. I must admit, out of anger and disbelief at the poor customer service, I honked my horn a few times as I drove away. My reaction wasn’t appropriate, but I was truly shocked that my presence was completely ignored after he had made eye contact with me.
At 9:25 PM, I left the parking lot, and the posted hours for this location are until 9:30 PM. I consider myself to be a reasonable...
I appreciate that they allow you to customize your order by omitting whatever you want without any hassle. I always request to leave out onions, and they happily accommodate my request. The food is served quickly, and I've always received it hot, which indicates that it's freshly prepared rather than sitting around for too long. The only downside is the drink and condiment area; it could use a bit more attention to cleanliness at times.
The quality of the food was perfect! The only negative thing I have to say about my experience with this location is: I ordered 2 of their egg rolls and was a little disappointed that they were so small. (I know, I know... That 's what she said. About the same size as the Spring rolls. As far as the staff, 5 stars all the way. The restaurant is spotless. You can tell it 's a nice place to work and a great restaurant to eat at...
I reported my order to Tokyo grill. They never were able to pick up the phone and went to a voice-mail that is full. I contacted the next one in Irmo area. They addressed my complaint and still it should not have happened. Two orders I placed. And both terrible. How do u do online orders. And just send a steak and shrimp dinner. With no salad as the order included. And no steak n shrimp. Just a plate of rice.

The food here is amazing and definitely worth the wait. I entered without any expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the chicken, steak, and shrimp, along with a few appetizers: octopus balls, two spring rolls, and one egg roll. I would rate the food a solid 7 out of 10. I will definitely return to this restaurant!
The food is decent, but they really need more than just two staff members on duty during busy times, especially at lunch. As a result, service can be slow. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
The portions are filling and the food is great. I love getting quality food for half of the price of other establishments.
chicken was smaller then normal in my bowl but it was hot, fast and amazing!
