I can't say for flavor on the churashi dish as I didn't eat it.. 3 Thin slices of salmon, Tuna and another not so fancy fish and 2 shrimps on top of a scoop of rice for $40. Are you insane! The prices at this restaurant are quite high. As fans of sushi rolls from the expensive city of San Jose, we still found the prices here to be at least 15% higher. We were surprised and wondered if it was due to Amazon and Microsoft. We estimate it could be over $40 per person. Despite the high prices, we were disappointed with the texture of the sushi rice, which was overly soft and had a strange taste. Price per person ranges from $30 to $50.
I heard good things wanted to love it, but I did not. The staff was friendly, but truthfully, the worst sushi I've ever had. I took my daughter we were both stunned by the poor quality. As terrible as it sounds, we had to suppress our laughter at the expression on each other's faces trying to finish our meal. I'm never going back. This is my favorite sushi restaurant in the area. The sushi chef and waitress were incredibly kind and generous during my visit today, making my dining experience even more memorable. The restaurant is clean and has a cozy atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that the rice tasted old and sour, and the sashimi didn't seem as fresh as it usually does. Additionally, I was surprised by the high prices.

The price is a bit crazy... We are roll lovers from a high living expense city San Jose and still feel the roll price is at least 15% higher than San Jose. Food is fantastic, staff are great, and the place is clean. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but it is always worth it! Best sushi I've ever had. My Favorite place to eat in Smokey Point! I really like the Smokey point roll and the fried rice with beef. Best service and atmosphere. This Japanese-style greasy spoon restaurant is fantastic. The owners are lovely people. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top ratings of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Chicken Katsu.
