I never had such BAD experience with BAR STAFF in Brisbane before. I’ve worked with hospitality for more than years and I never seen such ARROGANCE and Bad manners as last night coming from three of the bar workers. I stayed in that bar from pm to am and the venue was basically empty for the normal capacity. However, due restrictions it was necessary leave the drinks inside to get in the smoking area which the capacity was for people. Once I was there, the staff through away a full drink mine that I just had bought and it was placed inside the venue, close the door. Tomcat's Boiler Room located through the 'secret' doorway on the wall with Bill Murray's Lost in Translation painted image, is very cool and great for groups. The bar specialises in whiskey, scotch, bourbon and also has a massive cocktail menu. Everything is top shelf including the service. Average price for cocktails is $20.
Everything you could want from a bar: good drinks, friendly staff, free pool and table tennis, tasty pizza and classic 90s tunes. If my wallet allowed it, I'd spend every second night here. Check it out!
delicious tacos, everything is homemade, very delicious! 10$ for tacos or quesadillas, delicious roast bean filling, and the homemade spicy salsa is very beautiful!
