I really loved Tomo Sushi! I was in the area for about a month and ended up going probably five times: at least once a week. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, with quiet folk and classic rock music playing. The chefs always greet you and the waitresses are at your side fast. I loved their plum wine, and always got myself a glass while I was there. Suichi is good but service is below average. The service is below average because the older female waitress seems to be constantly involving herself in unwanted conversations with ill informed commentary while you eat. Because of that, there seems to be a lack of attention to detail with customers and it's very frustrating. There also seems to be strong political commentary and actions with service towards customers that do not have the same ill informed political perspectives as the waitress...Very unprofessional
I'm from out of town, but when a local friend recommended a nearby place for sushi it was Tomo: what a great call. From the moment we walked in, this place looked like a winner and had everything I look for clean, friendly, knowledgeable chefs. My salmon don was made with pieces of pristine pieces of fatty sashimi salmon along with pickled squid and perfect sushi rice. Everyone was happy with the food and service. My only regret is there is no Tomo where I live.

Udon soup was mediocre broth had some flavor but the noodles were very starchy and had a flour taste. One piece of broccoli in soup. The side order that came with the soup was tempura not sure when it was produced but poorly done. We also got two sushi rolls that were okay grocery store quality. Just took my girls there for lunch again today. Best time in my opinion. Never trouble getting a table. Chefs are amazing. Sushi is so good and fresh. The Tomo box sampler is great to try a few different items including chicken and tempura. House salad and soup always included!
Good quality food and Great Lunch specials. These guys know what they're doing and they're consistent. They have good variety and they handle their fish well. They have delivered good sushi the multiple times I've eaten there. Recommend the Alaskanroll and the handrolls.

Delicious food and very clean. I ordered teriyaki chicken and white rice and I don?t know how they cooked it but it was the best I?ve ever had. Very friendly people.
Delicious and fresh sushi! The restaurant is clean and the staff provided a welcoming environment. My family loved everything we ordered, we will be returning.
