Have been to both locations now and I have to say same quality food which is AMAZING. But not only that the location here is nicer and cleaner. I do like the other one because it has it's own charm. But this is just a personal assessment. Classic Double Cheeseburger combo with chili fries is always a must. Highly recommend this restaurant ? Parking: Small parking lot but the interior is small so it's fair. Small but plenty for what it is
I WAS BORN IN CALIFORNIA, BUT LIVE IN NEVADA NOW EVERY CHANCE WE GET WE GO TO HERCULES BURGERS WHEN WE VISIT CHILI CHEESE FRIES ARE MY FAVORITE THE BURGERS ARE AWESOME AND SO IS THE ORANGE BANG. YOU HAVE TO TRY HERCULES IF YOU LIVE IN CALIFORNIA OR VISIT!!! GREAT FOOD! GOOD PRICES!
You should really place your hours accurately. Instead of 1am closing, it should say at 12:50 am. As I patiently waited in the drive thru for my turn, and I was told there closed regardles of being in line. And I got there at 12:40am
I love coming here but Iv came twice and got unseasoned fries ? I just come because I love the seasoning but now I be getting just fries no salt or seasoning loosing it's touch just ended up throwing the fries away no flavor at all Reserva una mesa ahora
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service, particularly from a blonde woman in her mid-40s to mid-50s. Even when my order was correct, she seemed to have an arrogant attitude and acted quite defensively.
Way too expensive especially to be in the middle of a neighborhood that is not rich. And they're not even paying their workers $20 the salary that is required here in california.
I always order my special vegan fries here, and the cashiers and cooks never have any issues accommodating my request. They consistently get the veggie portions just right.
