Rude!!! Called to place an order to be ready at 5. Got a text that it was ready 2 hrs early. Called to see what was going on and before I could get anything out my mouth this man jumps down my throat, on defensive mode with an attitude saying we don 't just leave food out when he didn 't hear that I was asking will it just be sitting there I wasn 't sure so i wanted to call because I got a text Talked over me so he didn 't hear me correctly and got angry and defensive. He then says do you want the order or not then hung up in my face. My job used to order from them BECAUSE of me but not anymore. Walked up to window to place order with 2 people ahead of me that had already ordered and was waiting. Tony asked me if I had called it in. I said, no. He asked me to wait a few minutes which I gladly said, yes. I thought maybe it would be easier to order online but Their site was not taking orders at that time. So I waited. The 2 people waiting we're gone. 3 more showed up. Tony asked the new guy if he already ordered. The man said, no. Then Tony proceeded to take his order. With me clearly in his view. I walked away and left. Clearly doesn't want or need my business along with many others it appears

Extremely rude! Very nasty. Horrible customer service. There’s not one time I came here and he did not have an attitude. You ask how long for your food and he tells you to cancel the order if you’re rushing. Even when you ask him nicely. I wouldn’t come back here ever again if it was the last place open

Rude!! Went up to the walk up window to ask a question on how to order. We are from out of town so didn't know how it all worked. Tony was a jerk, so we took our business elsewhere.

Not taking online orders, and won't answer the phone. Wanted to try this place, but I guess I never will. They apparently don't need your business, so don't bother.
