Tony's Brick Oven Pizzeria

Visited for the first time a couple of days ago. Love the location, which is right in the heart of Downtown GP. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Nice staff, Halloween spirit in evidence, with decorations on the bar at the front. I went during lunch and the place was packed. Plenty of seating open tables, small and large booths. I like the exposed brick and some of the other old world touches in the decor. I had the lunch special, which is a pretty good deal at $9.95, for 2 slices and a large salad. Went for an early dinner. Ordered meat lovers and Bianca. Both were very good. I'm not a big pizza fan, and I think it's because of the crust. The crust here is perfect. It's thin underneath, but the edges puff up crispy and doughy and seasoned. Service was very good as well. Prices very reasonable, and it's a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend

My wife and I drive from Mobile AL to eat at Tony's. We found it by accident one weekend several years ago and have been making the drive every chance we get. I had a great experience at this restaurant with an excellent menu and food prepared right in front of you. It was my first time dining here and I highly recommend trying it out. I ordered the Gumbo pizza and it was amazing! I will definitely be bringing my husband here soon.

My favorite is the roasted garlic with foccia bread....they also have a great deal for lunch-pizza has always been good. It's definitely a place I visit regularly.
