Topgolf - Reservar una mesa

My friends and I had a very bad experience here. There were 10 of us and we had an hour and a half wait which was fine. The people upfront told us that usually 1 bay could only accommodate 8 people, but left us know they would give us a bigger bay, or that it would just be fine. We decided to wait at the bar. Bartenders seemed undertrained and new and took forever to get to us, and took forever to get us our drinks. When we got our bay, it wasn't bigger, it was just normal sized. The server didn't come until 20 minutes into our game which was unusual. They didn't let us order either and only got us waters. Not to mention the fact that the server was very rude and had attitude. Then a manager...

Within the first two minutes we arrived the customer service was already at 5 stars, the staff was amazing. For this being our first time we were nervous, but it was all very easy to understand and we had a great time overall. The Chips and Queso we ordered was very sad. As you can see in the picture... where is the rest of our chips?! The Queso was... meh. Bathrooms were clean which I appreciated. The was steep for the two hours. And the membership fee feels like a money grab.

This place is really fun. It’s just a bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it and read everything, it’s really fun! Definitely will get worn out within the 2 hour time slot provided and I was in a group of 4. Worth every penny. Nice options for food. The injected donuts are a must have.Food: 4/5

The bartenders were fun and the entire front desk was incredibly helpful. Mando took care of us and helped get a second bay lined up when we had extra people join. It was super busy but he was able to get us in bays next to one another. Will absolutely be returning.Food: 4/5

Food was ok, but lets face it, you don't come to Top Golf for the food. The game play was so much fun and thankfully they have misters with large fans to keep you cooled off.Food: 3/5
