I ordered on the mobile app to pick up and pay in cash. When I reached the restaurant and gave my name, I was told there had been a power outtage and no mobile orders came through. Instead of ordering fresh I opted to grab two of the ready made slices. I wish I would have ordered fresh, as the slices were hard and dried out. I can only hope there is a time limit to how long slices sit, the slices were gross and we ended up throwing them out. We will of course go back but will steer clear of the ready made slices in future
I am fed up with ordering from this restaurant. Every time I order, something is either missing or wrong. Whether it's missing sauce, missing a drink, or some other item missing. They also never call to confirm contactless delivery, even when requested. What's the point of taking orders if they can't get them right? Save yourself the hassle and money by going elsewhere where you actually receive what you ask for.
I recently tried City Pizza for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I decided to give their pizza a try after seeing an advertisement on Facebook for their Vegan option, and it did not disappoint. The only minor issue I had was that I ordered all of my pizzas well done and they were not cooked to my desired level. Additionally, I ordered online and would appreciate an option for less cheese.
Lovely owner!! I called them for a pickup order then realized that I didn’t have the car called them back to change to delivery and the owner Ruby actually drove it over herself immediately! She said it was because she wanted the pizza to taste perfect. Wonderful, wonderful service and amazing pizza.

After moving from Kitchener to Brantford, we were happy to discover that Brantford City Pizza is just as good as our previous favorite pizza place. I especially appreciate the well-done option since many other pizza places end up serving me a soggy pizza, but City Pizza gets it perfect every time.
I picked up a small pizza at .city West this evening. Thin crust, with Bacon, pepperoni, red onions, broccoli and cheddar cheese. Best pizza I have ever had . It was a gourmet meal and met all my needs Highly recommend this family owned business
We ordered online which was relatively simple. We were not able to pay online despite using several different methods. Otherwise was good. The food was good. They make a very good cauliflower crust pizza
Best deals for pizza in town, especially with how costs have risen lately. Consistently good food and always made correctly. Always friendly staff. Highly reccomended.

Absolutely beautiful pie for the price. Got a 24 square and it made me feel like that old school pizza day vibe. And the garlic bread is top notch. Highly recommended.
