Here’s my review based on what I tried at Torta Truck LLC: birria tacos, al pastor tacos, chicken milanesa torta, and horchata. The birria tacos were excellent—juicy, flavorful, and generously sized—I’d give them a 4.7 out of 5. The consommé is sold separately, which I found a bit odd, but it definitely enhances the meat’s flavor. Unfortunately, the al pastor tacos were disappointing. I’d rate them 2.5 out of 5. They lacked flavor, pineapple, and moisture, and the meat had an unusual taste. I’d suggest trying a different seasoning method for the al pastor.
