Total Wine More - Reservar una mesa

I have been coming to this location for a couple months now have never had a single issue all staff is helpful and attentive. I recently had the worst possible experience EVER at this location with employee Briana and Paul. I went to purchase a bottle here and I was accompanied by my friend unfortunately my friend only had a picture of her ID (keep in mind the previous time we had been to this same location they allowed the picture ID) now this time Ms Briana wanted to give us a really hard time because of the ID stating that it's not valid when she first of all didn't even look at the ID and second of all she's verified our ID's before in store. So we left and I returned moments after alone...

Went today to do an Instacart order. I asked the cashier Brianna please a box and she responded for 3 bottles? And made a weird face I. Front of other customers . That’s not ok . Why would I want 3 wine bottles in a thin paper bag? Then she’s like excuse me because I told her what’s wrong with a box? I would feel safer the bottles being in a box then she was a bit angry and with an attitude proceed to tel me Have a nice day! I did snatched receipt because I was already annoyed with her rudeness. It happed on July 16 around 3:20 -3:34 pm
