troyes is a very pleasant city and the restaurant is very well located in the historical heart. its terrace meets a lot of success, just like the dishes offered. The kitchen is carefully prepared, it is fresh, good, homemade and well presented. The map mainly comes from salads, tartars, pasta and tartines on different themes the summer coconuts (it must be also those of winter) and for the aperitif/entrance of the rillettes accompanied by croutons. desserts are excellent. the wine menu is very provided and presents about thirty wine with glass. the service and the reception are without reproaches the rates, rather reasonable considering the quality of what is served.115€ for 3 with rillettes...
After two years, I came back with my troyes family and wanted to visit, as the last time, simply because it had been a good experience. Well, if possible, everything has improved. The freshness of raw materials is absolute. dishes are not trivial and are carefully prepared. the portions are generous without being excessive and at the end of the meal one wakes up reassured, but light and fully satisfied.
