String onion fries weren 't fresh, French fries not fresh, and they tasted as if they were microwave. I don 't know what 's going on. I felt like staff careless, the main entrance smells. It was not busy, staff couldn 't refill ice, Ketchup, etc. Last but not least, we got a hidden hair surprise wrapped into an onion fries. We understand things happen but we couldn 't enjoy our meals. Hopefully, next time, this place will get better.

I usually rank Tower Burger's fries as some of the best in the RGV, but a recent visit disappointed me, with a serving of overcooked, broken pieces. However, the burger was good, with a grilled bun and crispy fresh lettuce.

Outstanding burger joint with great Idaho potato French fries. Absolutely crushed a half-pound Bacon Cheeseburger and fries combo.

I asked for a well-done burger, and it was still very pink. I had to just eat the outside.
