I had a disappointing experience with bartender GiGi at this restaurant. His negative attitude and lack of customer service skills were apparent, leaving me puzzled as to why he is in a role that requires interacting with guests in a friendly manner. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy at a dining establishment.
