I've been a loyal customer of Town Bagel since 2014, primarily the Bellmore location, as I used to work nearby and would often drive from Brentwood just for their breakfast sandwiches. I’ve been coming to the Wantagh store for many years and there must have been a change of ownership or management. I came last week for two bagels with CC a coffee and a juice. Total charge 19.70? Seems a bit crazy. When questioned they admit mistake and charge 19.30. There was no one in front of us and we waiting a total of 20 minutes to complete our transaction. The staff is not focused or showing any sign gn of customers attention. Walking around aimlessly with no obvious purpose. Most staff with the exception of on guy have been changed. I can't say enough about how amazing this place is for bagels! From bacon, egg, and cheese to bagels with cream cheese, everything is served warm and exactly as you request. The bagels are incredibly fresh, and the coffee is excellent. The staff is so friendly, making this spot ten times better than Bagel City in Levittown. It really feels like a home away from home!

Yes the bagels here are pretty good although I dont believe inflation is at the point where it should be $3.50 for a buttered bagel, im sorry but thats to the point where you're just gouging the public.

I've always loved this place, and I like it even more now that they've added the preorder option that was introduced during the pandemic.

The customer service is terrible and quite impolite, even with the management and owner present. It's almost laughable.
The bagels were classic Long Island style and quite tasty. The service was prompt, and the restaurant was clean.
