Food is not great and comes from Sysco trucks or they go to the local Redners for spot buying. I had some of the grosses questionable chicken from this location and one of the nasty 's home made sauces. Small draft menu, decent selection of spirits, but this is a locals bar. I 've had homeless walkers beg me for change while I was trying to enjoy a meal. The owners did nothing and acted 'surprised ' by this behavior. Only redeemable feature is their patio bar with live music and the Oyster selection. We had the chicken wings, and they were overcooked slightly we sat on the patio, which was rather nice. However, I did not like the fact that patrons and employees were able to come out on the patio and smoke. When I inquired whether or not it was permitted for them to do so, I was told. Yes, but just on the side By the rail. But smoke does not stay by the rail. And when people are eating, they do not want to smell cigarette smoke. And for a couple of drinks and 2 orders of wings and $100. With tip, I do not want to smell cigarettes.
Another pleasant evening at TGP. Between the fun karaoke, a surprise engagement and an Oriole thrashing, the entire night was filled with emotion. As usual, the service and food were top notch.
