I just called to order a gift card for my father for the holidays. I spoke with a gentleman I believe named Chris and he was fantastic. While they usually do not take charges over the phone and normally do E-Gift Cards I let him know the circumstance of me living in California and my father not having active email that an e-card was not likely going to work. At every opportunity him to say no he found a way to say yes. At the end of the call he then lets me know that instead of mailing this out he or someone from his establishment would drop it at my father's residence. I have been in the hospitality/restaurant business for 30 years and this gentleman that represented TPR today is an amazing...

I typically do not give low ratings, but my experience at this restaurant was truly unbelievable. It took an hour for our food to arrive, while four tables seated after us received their appetizers and main dishes before we even got our entrees. Two of these tables were large groups of 9 people. Another table that arrived after us received all their food and left before we had finished eating. It turns out that all these tables knew the owner. I am only giving this restaurant a 2-star rating because I could see that our waiter felt sorry for us. I do not recommend dining here.

I have lived in Tenafly most of my life and have been going to TPR for 30 years. I was there the other night. They have an informal and formal area to dine. We sat in the formal with the white table cloths. We ordered a couple of pies for the table, salad and mozzarella sticks. Everything came out hot and the salad was very fresh. The menu is extensive. I will certainly go back and try some other dishes. Highly recommend!! Also it would be great for a private party.

Eh...It was fine...Maybe more menu exploration would be worth it. Like pizza. My son had the spaghetti and meatballs; there was not enough sauce and not enough seasoning in the sauce that was there. I ordered the bruschetta app for my meal. It was a large portion for the price, that's awesome, but here again there was a lack of seasoning. More garlic, balsamic, something is needed. We always enjoy different specials... whether its pizza, pasta or salads... most recently the refreshing watermelon, arugula and feta salad! The bread is hot and crispy! White pizza with caramelized onions and mushrooms is also another favorite. Staff is accommodating and friendly and come by to frequently see that everything is good. This restaurant is too expensive for what they offer and the service is awful. I ordered a salad that cost me a lot and it was extremely small. I had to cut the chicken on a separate plate and assemble it myself. The meatball parm sandwich was dry, lacked sauce, and was also overpriced. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants in the area that offer better options.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for over 30 years, but it seems like the new management is skimping on quality. The new menu doesn't have any of the dishes I used to love. I ended up ordering the veal parmesan and it was terrible. It tasted like it was fried in cheap, old or rancid oil. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to dine there again. Reserva una mesa ahora

What a ripoff! I ordered a personal pie with sausage and fresh garlic. I think there was a the equivalency of maybe an 1/8 of one sausage link on the entire pie. The taste was nothing special either. I'm not impressed.

Pizza is always on point, sauce isn't sweet like other places been coming here since I was a teen and it's always my go to when we want pizza
