Please don 't waste your money on the location in American dream teaneck , I had a horrible experience at the mall I bought a sandwich that was worth $20 with old stale chicken with no toppings. I decided to give their teaneck location a chance and to mydisplease it was even worse. The manager was rude I tried to order wings at 2pm and they said they ran out of wings. I wantedto order a sandwich but I noticed ALL the employees weren 't even wearing their masks properly. The sandwich makers were all ontheir phone as well as the grill man, horrible customer horrible kosher food.

Inexcusable! Be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. The first time I ordered from them, and this was a big order, they were 40 minutes late. My family and I decided to give them another chance. This time they were over an hour late and when I tried calling them, this included a 15 minute wait on hold, they told me that there was some problem in the system. Extremely disappointed. I visited the Chickies location in American Dream Mall because it was the only kosher option besides ice cream and desserts. Spent $57 on a sandwich, chicken poppers, chicken fingers, and two drinks. The food tasted worse than hospital food—precooked and just reheated. Even my 2-year-old refused to eat more than one bite. Kosher food can be amazing, but this place really gives it a bad name.

So disappointed. Went to the one in American Dream Mall since it was the only kosher food that wasn?t ice cream or sweets. Paid $57 for a sandwich, chicken poppers, chicken fingers and 2 drinks. The food was worse than hospital food. Precooked and heated.My 2 year old would even eat anymore of it after one bite. Kosher food can be so delicious and this is place gives it such a badrep.
My wife and I stopped in to grab a bite on our way home. We considered ordering the fried chicken but decided to try the famous Captain Munch instead. During our meal, Andy approached us and surprised us with some complimentary samples. It was entirely unexpected and made us feel truly appreciated! Thank you, Andy!
I had an amazing experience at Chickies! The staff was very friendly, and my meal came out fast, hot, and freshly prepared. They also gave me plenty of dipping sauces. The wings were delicious! This has truly become my new favorite kosher restaurant. I highly recommend checking it out!
My wife and I stopped by to get some on our way home. We discussed getting the fried chicken opted for the famous captain munch. Mid meal Andy came to us and hooked us up with some free samples. Totally unexpected, and made us feel reallyspecial! Thanks Andy!!

Half a sandwich was all I needed to fill me up for lunch. The new renovation looked amazing but do to COVID we got to enjoy the outdoor seating.
The sandwich arrived completely soaked, and they weren't even considerate enough to offer a replacement.
