The owner/manager was super accommodating in a last minute booking for a large group. Service overall was ok, our server was really sweet and friendly (and even engaged in chatting with one of the toddlers in our group). We had the endless feast for $35: starting with salad (average), fried polenta chips (love how crispy it was, sadly it was bland and could have done with some salt) and fried chicken (a couple of the pieces were uncooked and completely raw), followed by pizza (loved their different range of pizzas), pasta (carbonara and spaghetti were the best) and then the platter of meat (kind of meh, the pizza and pasta tasted better). Wasn't expecting much, as buffets usually have sub par food which is bland. Have to say that this place turned out to be pretty ok! It wasn't quite a buffet as such, more of an all you can eat dinner service with alot of different dishes brought out. There were a few good dishes during our dinner. Garlic bread, chicken wings, fried polenta, 2 types of pizza, several pastas @then after that beef ribs, roast pork, pulled pork, beef in jus. We couldnt eat past the meat, we were well and truly stuffed at that point. Very courteous and great customer service. Extremely busy, very accomodating staff. Small and cosy. The food was delicious and it felt like you were being served dinner at a friends home. Most of the food was great. Only disappointment was the meat. Everything on the platter was dry and didn't seem fresh at all . It felt like it was leftovers from other people's platters, it was a very sus and the pork belly smelled, I nearly gagged. If it wasn't for this I would fully recommend this restaurant to dine. Hopefully if they read this they will change what ever they are doing with the meat as it is very wrong. Such a shame ,would have loved to go again but def no way eat any of the meat.
First time here and it was quite busy with quite a few larger group tables, hence why the service was a bit slow on that night but I was not in a rush so it was okay. The food combination is quite interesting to have and this time we are having a pasta, pizza and an entrée. The penne chicken pesto was okay but my highlight is probably the cured prosciutto pizza with cranberries which is interesting and delicious. The chicken wings are also tasty. Since the portion is quite generous, we thought we will take home the pizza (cannot waste the good pizza) but too bad they accidentally threw it away.. Bummer! Overall, it was quite a pleasant night. I was invited by a few friends to come here for dinner. The majority opted for the $35 all can eat menu so I went with the flow. The menu was pizza, pasta and a meat platter. Unfortunately, nothing much to report here.The food was very average and very Sizzler like. It was a matter of quantity over quality. Personally I always opt for quality as I am not a big eater anyway. But anyway, I will always try a place once. If I go back, thats another question...
