Trattoria Lucia - Reservar una mesa

Have eaten here many times for years. Not as good as it used to be. This trip was told menu items were being stopped. Also when one of our meals came out not at the proper temperature (more room temperature and on the cold side). Instead of remaking it properly, numerous unsuccessful attempts were made to heat it. Attitude of owner was less than professional when she realized she could not charge for the meal. Never offered a substitute or to remake. Too many other places to go to that would have handled this better. Will probably not be coming back for a long time, if ever. Too bad we used to really like this place.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to receive drinks, 45 minutes for appetizers, and an hour and 15 minutes for entrees. Additionally, dirty appetizer plates were left on the table throughout the meal. On top of that, there was a charge of $3 for every seltzer ordered. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food was tasty, but the service was a letdown. Despite the restaurant not being too busy, they were out of several dishes. The waiter took 20 minutes to come back to take our order after informing us of the specials. This was disappointing as we had visited this restaurant many times in the past and the experience had always been much better.

My husband I have been dining here for years from casual weekday dinners and meals with friends to holiday dining and family occasions (anniversaries, birthdays). We also have attended private parties in their attractive separate party room. We always had excellent meals and fun times withfamily friends.

We were greeted warmly, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were ample.

Food quality was cheap. Quality of service by waitress was poor. Only the wine and martini were good.
