I dined here on Thanksgiving 2022 with my boyfriend. I was getting over a very bad chest cold and laryngitis over the past week, which was noticeable by my horse voice. Due to being sick, I didn?t have a big appetite, but wanted to enjoy Thanksgivingdinner. My boyfriend was going to order the turkey dinner and I explained to our waiter that I was getting over an illness,didn?t have a big appetite and asked if I could order the children's portion of the turkey dinner because I couldn?t eat theadult portion. The waiter checked with the manager, who said no. My boyfriend and I ended up splitting the adult meal. So, themanager was heartless, didn?t accommodate the customer, cost the waiter a bigger tip because the amount of the bill waslower?and for what reason? I am very disappointed with the level of customer service we received. I would think that someoneshould be able to order whatever they want in a restaurant. There was no minimum required to dine there. If my boyfriend and Ihad only shared a $7 dessert, that would?ve been acceptable. Typical business, concern only for the bottom line and not thecustomer. We will not be returning.
I go to Trattoria Romana often for dinner with my husband the food is very good, ambiance and staff unbelievable, however, Tonight I had a medium event in the new lower level function room. Not only was the room gorgeous but the Food was absolutelydelicious for the upscale appetizers I ordered for my guests that had scrimp scampi, calamari, scallops wrapped in bacon, andstuffed mushrooms. I also ordered desserts. I wanted to give something to my guest to eat while they attended the event. Ireceived so many compliments of how the room was beautiful and food was delicious as well as enjoying the event. Thank you toDan and the staff for working very hard to make this event perfect.
Got an italian sandwich, and it was just delicious. Some prosciutto on there... oh it was so good. I'll definitely be back. The host was super friendly and she gave us a seat at the bar right away. The bartender was very formal and served us right away.Wonderful sandwich, definitely hit the spot. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Great lunch overall.
Was ify about trying this place but omg! I got the fettucine alfredo with a side of fries and it was AMAZING!! Best fettucine i have had, it came out and there was alot! And it was soooo cheesy creamy good???? My mother got the turkey club sandwich and hadto take half home it was huge! Prices for sure worth it for the quality and quantity!
