evaluating a restaurant that makes it to such awards sounds a bit measurable. we had a menu with 4 dishes for lunch, a main course and a dessert. the composition - in connection with the wine recommendations, which unfortunately could not be accepted because of the midday - was a true taste wonder!What is still particularly noteworthy is the very friendly, unobstructed atmosphere that made the lunch one firm.A special thanks also to the excellent service that was always present but never intrusive.
our visit to trimbach rest. traube was a full enrichment. this afternoon the menu was a dreamlike Gau Mengeuss. the service was very warm, friendly and attentive. all ingredients were written by the nice service for us. greed is simply a pardoned very gifted artist. He presents his diners in a fantastically beautiful way, so that you don't want to destroy the work of art. also the wine-guiding was beautifully suitable for the diners. a day when we were fully at our expense and were very satisfied.
from the gruss from the kitchen to dessert we enjoyed the presentation of the food very well. in love with detail, in the most positive sense, was our impression. in the kitchen you will be able to present yourself with great effort in such vozülich creations.The use and the cooking quality of the rich components and the optics will not be able to cope with anything. our visit to the truube has paid off!

The experience is complemented by expert staff and the sommelier - gigantic wine card with great selection of German white wines!
only the art of cooking creates the art of enjoying. in the grape in trimbach this credo is staged by meisterkoch arno sgier perfectly. the ideal complement to this is the Traube-Sommelier gabor mezöfi with its exquisite wine-guiding, which round off the speisen genus-rich. a tight! and greed and his crew will be better every year. go and eat!
we all liked it very much and especially tasted!The heart of the grape that has opened its tore since 1993 is of course worth a visit for 20 years "arno s." with its 17/20 GaultMillau points and 1 michelin star - as already mentioned.
