The staff at this Travel Lodge are amazing, ALL OF THEM! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcome. During our stay, they worked with us and accommodated us while our vehicle was getting fixed so we could continue our road trip. The breakfast they offer is great as well! The rooms were clean overall. The only thing I would advise is to advise the housekeepers to stock the rooms with toiletries like toilet paper or shampoo, body wash, towels, etc..However, once we requested these items they were brought to us promptly!
This is my first time here, I was visiting from Sacramento last night, I drove all the way from Sacramento to Redding, I went by myself. The hotel service was really good. The staff at the front desk in the lobby were really nice and respectful. After I got my hotel card for the room I was staying in, when I went inside hotel room number #250, I noticed the floor was really clean and the bed was well made when I came in, I also noticed there was a refrigerator and a microwave as well and a table for me to eat dinner.
I stayed here on July 7 and it turns out that whoever was our neighbor at 6:35 am on July 8, the lady almost broke down our door and my children woke up almost crying asking what was happening and we didn't go near the window because the lady I was very upset and I don't know why I didn't report it at that moment for fear that the lady was nearby so it was better not to say anything but I would like to talk to someone about the situation that was very bad bad bad
Door was very difficult to open. The air conditioner sounded like a vacuum cleaner every time it came on. Walls are super thin we could hear everything from neighbors. Woke up to ants in our bed and on bed table. No internet connection in our room. On the positive side staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Would I stay again….no.

A great stay! The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is comfortable. The staff is excellent, especially the concierge Bobby. He's so friendly and loves belly rubs and rubbing up against your legs in the lobby. Oh, Bobby is a cat. That may be important.
Room was so dirty and smelled bad. There was a pee spot on the sheets so we had to go to the office and get a new set of bedding (and replace it ourselves). There was bugs and hair on the floors. Very gross room. Would not recommend.
Clean room and the staff goes above and beyond. We arrived too early to check in and they did there best to get the room ready. Also a plus that there’s a sweet cat in the office will be staying here every time we visit Redding.
Trying to figure out of the pools open? No one answers the phone and we booked a room for the whole weekend just because they had a pool for my 11 year Olds birthday.

A basic motel that doesn’t suck. It’s simple and old, but feels safe, is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and it doesn’t smell. I would stay here again.
During Redding's record-breaking heat wave, the Travelodge's staff were exceptionly helpful for getting relief from the temperatures. Thank you!
