Treasure inn cuisine

With my hubby home for the weekend, our Sunday was jam packed with shopping and enjoying ourselves we lost track of time and had to order some take away for dinner....such a shame (NOT!! <br/ Feeling like a good feed of Chinese, I remembered a friend recommending Treasure Inn in Graceville. So off we went to locate it and check it out!<br/ I have driven along Oxley Road and never seen this place. Its hidden in the corner of the strip of other eating establishments with big banners and signage, this place is lost, but I think word of mouth does not require it needing to waste money on further advertising!<br/ We have a regular range of dishes that we order and if they can do those dishes well...

Came on a Sunday night after the crowd, we were seated promptly and service was excellent. Ordered a few dishes and they came out within minutes! Couldn't be more pleased to have good and quick food service on a cold winter night!<br/ <br/ Ordered a regular wonton soup, stir fried vegetables, combination fried rice, and salt and pepper pork cutlets.<br/ <br/ The wonton soup and stir fried vegetables were average, and not too oily. <br/ <br/ The combination fried rice was quite flavourful, and I had no complaints with it. Decent food in a clean and busy little restaurant. I will say the lady who served us was amazing. Super friendly, pleasant and prompt despite being the only front of house person. The food took forever to come out of the kitchen, I noticed this seemed to be the case for a lot of tables, so they did not misplace our order (was a 35-40 min wait). One of the dishes was lukewarm, I suspect because they were waiting for the other dishes to finish cooking. Black bean beef was really nice, sweet and sour pork looked great in the menu photo but was heavily battered in reality. What an absolute pleasure it is to write a review that expresses all positives.How great to find an authentic Chinese restaurant that opens at 11.30 am on a Sunday... just perfect after a Sunday sleep in! Run by father and son, Lim and Phil, their restaurant is intimate, clean, friendly and inviting.The menu reflects the size of the restaurant which is comprehensive but also ensures all dishes are prepared freshly. From their beautiful made on premises steamed dim sims to the best fried rice we have tried, dining at Treasure Inn is a pleasure.Service is fast, friendly and courteous. Been here a few times and have always enjoyed it. Tonight we decided for something different then our usual dishes and we were again amazed by their quality, service and price cannot fault them on anything!! Food came out within 10 minutes which I loved! I got a sizzling dish and it was steamy and hot when it came out

This is a fantastic little treasure of a restaurant. The food was very flavoursome and fresh. Great relaxed atmosphere and amazingly friendly staff. We went in as a group and we were looked after very well and needless to say we will definitely be back at this place. They also do takeaways!! A must try in Graceville!!!

We ordered takeout from this restaurant and were impressed with the delicious food and generous portions. After reading the reviews and having high expectations, we were not let down. Two main dishes along with a serving of rice were more than enough for two people.

Just got back from dinner here. A wonderful place. We ordered 2 entrees and 3 mains. They were all terrific. The owner made time to come and introduce himself to us and it was a great family atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant. I have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Brisbane and I have finally found it. The Mongolian beef had an amazing flavor and the beef just melted in my mouth.

The Cantonese cuisine at this restaurant is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The salt and pepper flounder is a standout dish, while the rest of the menu is on par with other authentic Chinese restaurants in Brisbane.
