as someone who has lived in Thailand for 5 years accustomed to home cooked Thai meals this place passes with flying colors compared to other Thai restaurants in the United States esp Southern Northern California . I was super happy they had Kow Krok Kapi shrimp paste rice it was almost perfect still yummy enough to introduce a new dish to friends. We had a ton of food family style for a party of 5 adults 4 kids: 3 appetizers spare ribs, chicken wings , 3 noodle dishes tom yum w wide noodles, boat noodles, dry egg noodle , 2 Thai salads som tum, nam tok , 2 rice based dishes fried rice, krok kapi , 4 rotis, 2 big gulp size Thai iced teas equiv to 6 7 glasses I might have missed dishes amazing...
I am extremely disappointed that the restaurant served us such poor quality food. The crispy pork was pre-cooked, sliced, deep fried, and left in the fridge for at least a week, resulting in it being extremely dry and difficult to chew. When we raised our concerns, the server not only failed to address the issue but also brushed off our complaint. This lack of customer service was insulting. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is amazing! Everything tastes delicious and authentic, with generous portions. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The only downside is that the dining area can get very hot as there is no AC and the doors are typically closed. The ambiance is average, with a slightly outdated vibe that may even appear a bit dirty, but don't let that deter you from trying the incredible food!
I been coming here for years. It was introduced by a friend. Very grateful for him and this place. It is family owned and their service is superb. I tried many dishes and one has yet to disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at this restaurant. We had a lunch meal, and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food and service both scored a 4 out of 5, but the atmosphere was lacking and only scored a 2.
we had put an order for 6 articles and when the seafood soups were brought along, the waitress also brought the tellers, bowls and cutlery a small rach out of the plates. we immediately stopped the order and went out.
Very good. Took family out for their 1st time and the waitress was very helpful. Large plates and enough to share between two ppl. Great service and great food ^
