The welcome of the boss and his servers is irreproachable and very warm. There is nothing to say about the service and the plates are copyy. The prepared dishes are really excellent. I would advise the very tasty roasted caneton. Located in the heart of this picturesque little village that is Souraida, it is possible to eat at the Trinquet which also allows to get rid of playing the Basque ball. For the aperitif the boss offered us an assortment of tapas (local specialities) to be enjoyed outdoors. In the evening, he prepared a campagnard cold buffet with varied and very good local products.
