Our local French hosts took us to this restaurant a few blocks from the main city square. It was a very good restaurant with an almost exclusive menu of local cuisine. That means lots of meat dishes with medium red pepper flavoring. If you are a vegetarian, neither this restaurant nor this region in Pays-Basque is likely to please you. We had some delicious local soup--sort of a variant on gazpacho, followed by various meat and fish dishes. Tourist village , it is always the same problem !! Or eat? We had long hesitated, but in the end we did not regret and to tell you we would be ready to come back for Espelette but also to eat at this beautiful address. Perfect from entry to dessert. The wine has a lot more. In a word SUPERBE , thank you to this team that in summer times are sometimes compelled. Thank you for your professionalism.
Very good memory, family meals. Espelette menu for me. Very good reception. The kitchen with local products. Children's menus with a local sausage that is just perfect. Txipots (black) very good. Axoa in dish and the best basque cream cake I've tasted so far. Thank you!
Service a little long on the terrace but there was a world and a server: the mixed board was very good with quality local products with a correct price. We've been enjoying ourselves.

this restaurant really deserves a very good comment. a sasi cardi to fall on the ground and a nougat ice house like I never ate! an address not to be missed! The waitress is great!

excellent time in espelette, on the terrace, to enjoy specialities. everything was very good, the value-for-price ratio at the top and the welcome really nice.

Restaurant that is worth a visit to Espelette. The team is welcoming, the service is fast. We enjoyed the aperitif with dessert. The terrace is an asset.
