Trishala - Reservar una mesa

We were very encouraged by the website introduction, Raj having run Epsom’s #2 Indian restaurant, however Trishala has some progress to make to get to that status in our view. Unusually, pheasant and venison were on the menu, but neither were available, the wine choice was very limited. Was asked for coffee, were told that it wasn’t available, we were served americanos. Finally, there is a Cobra tap on the bar, we ordered four pints, but we’re served four large bottles instead. Staff did their best, overall okay but won’t be rushing back.

Delicious food and attentive service. Small seating area, quite brightly lit. We have always enjoyed takeaway food from here and were pleased to try dining in for a change. The food never disappoints and the portion size is generous.

I think this is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. If you want a busier environment then perhaps somewhere else would suit you but if you’re looking a super food then this may be the place.
