I recommend this starred restaurant Troisgros for its refined, tasteful, tasty, creative and balanced cuisine! Nice tasteful and visual discovery. A beautiful dressage but a little too spurred in my eyes. The dishes and wines are excellent. A service, neat and fluid. A small flat but very quickly corrected. I had reported on our reservation and indicated on our arrival that madam had food intolerances. Bravo to the teams that have been able to rebound quickly and reinvent themselves! Beautiful place in the countryside! The service is attentive and the atmosphere is to my rather casual surprise, not pumpy at all. I'll put 6 stars in the mood and frame if I could. The kitchen is refined and the proportions are very correct for me. I benefited from a 35 year old menu in 4 services with 4 drinks (which I didn't expect) with amuses mouths, mignardises and tea/café. Very good experience, I'll be back!

Young offer for a first to €100 per person for amuse-bouche dish entry dessert mignardise with agreement mets and wines included. For people who do not drink alcohol, they offer homemade drinks in agreement with each dish. Taste and texture are very sought after, a real delight for taste buds and pupils. The setting of the new beautiful restaurant with plenty of space. The style of the house is rather casual.
