From the very first bite, this restaurant surpassed all my expectations. With top-quality, locally sourced ingredients and a menu that changes frequently, every dish was a true delight. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The service was excellent, and the cozy atmosphere made it a perfect dining experience. Without a doubt, this is the best place to eat in Hobart. I really enjoyed the lightness and freshness of the dishes, the welcoming community vibe, and the open kitchen. The pre-prepared gluten-free menu provided upon arrival was a nice touch. However, the cured mackerel was quite overpowering and unfortunately not very enjoyable. I also wished there was a greater selection of white wines by the glass. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
