Management needs to do a much better job at listening to these reviews. I scrolled through a few and it seems like many people have shared my same experience here. I came in today 05/18 at around 2:30 pm. The girl at the register had the worst attitude and the customer in front of me called her out for it. I go up to the register thinking it was maybe a difficult customer she had dealt with previously. I say hello to her with a smile and she just stares at me... I try again and say hello a little louder and she again just gives me a blank stare so I just tell her my order and she says is that all? and hands me my receipt. The young man that provided my service was so distracted that he charged me an extra $1.25 for an ingredient that already comes in the smoothie. He was actually standing at the register with corded headphones plugged in both of his ears and looking down at his phone instead of focusing on processing my payment. To top it off, the strawberry, banana and blueberry smoothie tasted HORRIBLE. Luckily, I checked my receipt before leaving and ultimately received a full refund.

Staff and the food were excellent. Mango monsoon smoothie and the peanut butter banana crunch flatbread were incredible. Would’ve easily received a 5/5, but the bathroom was dirty. Would highly recommend as long as you do not need to use the bathroom!

Service was fast. Baja Chicken was surprisingly great, especially grilled chicken. I hope they can come with grilled onions instead of red onions and the quantity will make you full. Will come again.

Only takes card and customer service skills is less than par. Drinks were watered down and taste like colored ice ?. They lucky they got 1 star I won't be returning!
