This is the worst location ever. I've stopped going there about a year ago then I started going back because I love the island green detox. The customer service is really terrible. Not to mention they do not know how to make a smoothie. My smoothie was so watery. I had to take it back , and that happened more than once more than twice and I cannot believe I will still go in there . There is only two particular people there actually three that really knows how to make the Smoothie the others then the training they need to fire that whole crew and just rehire people and retrain them on how to make smoothies. Honestly, there?s no excuse for poor customer service. Someone needs to be held accountable for this store. Better training and management is highly needed. A good meal and experience makes people happy. It?s one thing to leave unsatisfied but when theworkers make you feel like they don?t care to fix the issue and show no type of remorse it seems very personal andunprofessional. This has to be the worst location ever SMH. To pay $12 for a smoothie (detox island green, double whey, collagen) that is literally undrinkable due to consistency and big chunks from poor attention to blending is TERRIBLE! Y'all really need to do better. I only have this problem at this location. I came on a Thursday morning, only 1 other customer. Wasn't busy. I rarely ever make bad reviews but this is the THIRD time DAMN.
There was a race today in the neighborhood and all the runners came here afterwards for their smoothies. The employees did an excellent job working together to make all the orders. Some of the customers were extremely rude and disrespectful to theemployees but the employees did a great job handling the orders and maintained a high level of professionalism.

This location has significantly enhanced its customer service and the speed of order fulfillment. I've ordered here 3 to 5 times this month, and my orders have always been ready on time. I’m not sure what changes have been made, but THANK YOU! The store is consistently clean, and my family loves the food. The smoothies are especially delicious now!
I walked in the store. And no one even Acknowledge me. I stood there for almost 15 minutes. And no one even said may I help you. Or even tried to take my order. So I just left out. Without getting anything. I go to plenty of Tropical Smoothies a week. Andthis was the worst experience I had.
Best tropical smoothie in Southern Prince George’s County. Go there after my workouts and the smoothie is always perfect. THEY MAKE THE BEST WRAPS out of all the Tropical Smoothie’s. I go there about 2-3 days a week. The manager is phenomenal.
I appreciate one of the associates cleaning the store and tables with a clean rag and hot sanitation solution i...rare to see people really cleaning stores now a days. The store smelt clean and looked very clean

The delivery to the wrong address was frustrating. I waited outside for over five minutes, and it seemed like someone had either spilled or consumed my drink!
They are very accommodating... i wish there was an option for making the smoothie sweeter. That's a corporate problem I'm sure.
