It has been weeks since I posted the below review and Tropical Smoothie Cafe has yet to respond to any of my messages. Very disappointing from a company I truly used to enjoy. I visited this Tropical Smoothie Cafe last Sunday. I ordered a smoothie and a wrap. Within a few minutes of paying for my order, one of the employees came out to say there was no one able to make food until 4:00 and anyone who just ordered would have to wait. It was 3:15. I had somewhere to be, so was unable to wait. I asked for a refund and was told no one working knew how to process a refund. I tried to see what my options were as I had already paid, but both of the employees working had no idea how to handle the sit...

I came in today to get food there was a young lady named Ariana working there (remind you its my first time eating here) Her customer service was horrible.. As I'm trying to order my food she says Ive been doing this all day and I really don't want to do this...Me looking confused responds I'm sorry excuse me are you saying you are not taking my order? She then says I really don't want to but I guess...That is unacceptable. I left without ordering I don't want anyone with that type of attitude to take my order. I would like a manager to reach back out. As a customer I don't feel that was appropriate behavior.

Firstly, if you 're going to put Caesar in the name of a food item you should probably make sure said food has that ingredient. Luckily I had some in my fridge to add. Secondly, teach your people how to properly cut a wrap. Someone told them to cut it corner to corner and now I have an awkward taco that 's falling apart. Saw someone post a review that said they got smart and stopped cutting them so they wouldn 't fall apart. Apparently that employee was corrected or quit. Oh, and smoothie was more like juice and chucky ice that blocked the straw, soo...fail on all accounts

After completing a pleasant hike with my wife, we entered the restaurant and noticed that the glass door was shattered and covered with plywood. The air conditioning was not working, making the place uncomfortably hot. Despite there being only one employee present who did not acknowledge us, the restaurant was not busy at all. I would rate this experience with negative stars if possible, and ultimately left to visit the Starbucks next door, where we were served promptly. Reserva una mesa ahora

I’m Deaf and struggled to hear the cashier despite asking him to speak louder. Both employees seemed unprofessional and had a negative attitude towards customers. They were unable to scan my app coupon for a free smoothie, so I had to place a mobile order inside the store instead. When my food arrived, the bread was burnt around the edges. I’m rating this 2 stars only because the Blueberry Bliss with white chocolate is consistently excellent.

The location is convenient, and some of the staff are friendly and quick. However, I'm giving them a score of two because they ran out of whey protein. The staff member who took my order suggested that pea protein is just as good, but my smoothie ended up being quite unpleasant. After I expressed my opinion about it, he didn't offer to remake it. So, thanks, but I think I'll stick to visiting other locations.

I’m feeling a mix of frustration and disappointment. I spent $40 on my order, which is typical for my husband and me when we dine there. However, my food was not only incorrect but also cold. If I hadn’t been in a rush, I would have asked for a refund because I couldn’t even eat my meal; everything was extremely cold.

I'm sorry for this review. But this is a smooth place that doesn't know how to mix smoothies. Vegetables and fruit are solid and used in large pieces (not drinkable) and too much sugar! Go to smoothes King is over the street
