I come to this branch every day before I work for the same thing, and lately I am greeted by the quiet, followed by a young man who clearly hates where he is, who could not find my call in order. I order a pbcup each time. Today I went with a cup that tasted like pure water-down taste of pb, not even a firm taste, no chocolate or banana, and the color was off so that they can say that no chocolate was added. I heard him in the back pump away at some kind of taste and went 2 minutes later with half mixed smoothie I am quite dissapointed, I couldn't drink it and had to throw it away. money wasted
This place always messing something up. I had to order twice from them through uber eats Bc they messed up my first order not giving me my food so i got refunded and then they had the audacity to give me the food from my first order when i switched a item so I’d know if they would give me what i ordered the first time rather than the new order and what did they do? Gave me my first order cold and disgusting.
I visited the Centereach location on Free Smoothie Day and encountered a very rude and disruptive customer who loudly complained about the free smoothies. Despite this disturbance, the manager and staff showed incredible patience and promptly addressed the situation, providing excellent customer service to myself and the other patrons.
We ordered our smoothies, and the people behind us also ordered theirs. A staff member, who seemed to work there, went to the back to make their smoothies for him and his group before coming out. We had to wait for our order until he was finished. I will be ordering the same smoothie.

I order an kiwi quencher but it doesn't have kiwi taste AT ALL, and only have strawberry taste on the Jetty Punch. I really doubt that they don't know differences of fruits
I ordered a salad and it came with shredded lettuce. It was disappointing to see that I had a salad with actual lettuce at another restaurant yesterday.
I love going here for the smoothies! The staff always recommends smoothies I love with a simple question. Super quick and super delicious
I am a fan of smoothies for their health benefits and am interested in knowing the calorie count for cleaner eating.
