We love Tropical Smoothie but this location has been consistently disappointing. The crew that works there don 't seem to know what they are doing. Today we ordered a kids cheese quesidilla for my vegetarian daughter thru the drive thru. The persontaking the order repeated what we wanted, confirming it was the kids cheese quesidilla. After we paid and was handed the food,my daughter immediately checked to be sure it was a cheese quesidilla (since they mess up the order often). It was a chickenquesidilla that wasn 't even cooked. We noticed the mistake right away and informed the person who handed us the food, who was different from the person who took our order. This person claimed they only had one type of quesadilla that includes chicken and advised us to specify if we wanted it without chicken next time. I explained that we had ordered a kids' cheese quesadilla, and it had been repeated back to us correctly. When I asked if they could prepare the cheese quesadilla as we ordered, he said he could remake it if we returned the chicken quesadilla, or we could pick out the chicken ourselves.

At work, this is my favorite spot for lunch. The food is delicious, and the smoothies are fantastic too. I recently tried the location near my home, and I wasn't disappointed either. The ladies who took my order were very friendly. My 7-year-old son loved my smoothie and wants to join me next time!
Food is good I come here a lot but the manager was ahole who was swearing at the workers and talking obnoxiously the entire time.I was waiting for my food and I couldn?t order because how loud he was. Definitely the type of person who feels entitled to everything in lift. Not coming here again.

at work this is my favorite place to have lunch from food is delicious as well as smoothies. I tried the one close to home and wasn't disappointed. The ladies were nice who took the order. My son who's 7 wants to come with me next time he enjoyed mysmoothie.
I ordered my food at 220pm and recieved my food at 3pm. I only ordered 1 food item and 1 smoothie. It took 40 minutes of me standing in the store to receive it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I want my money back for my wasted time.
I had a great first experience! I ordered the Avocolada, and it was absolutely delicious. I also tried the PB&J flatbread, and wow, it was amazing! I will definitely return for both dishes and more.

The smoothies here are fantastic! My top picks are the Bahama Mama and Paradise Point. I can't wait to come back and enjoy these favorites again! Amazing!
