We couldn't return immediately because we were heading to church, but we did go back after the service. Unfortunately, we waited about 45 minutes in the drive-thru since the lobby was closed, and in the end, they said they couldn't do anything to help us. I was really upset, especially considering how often I visit. I spent around $30, and more than half of it ended up in the trash. I haven't returned since, and I don't plan to go back again. This is from a very dissatisfied customer!
The restaurant provides curbside pickup, but I typically order through the app and pick up at the window. This time, however, I was instructed to go inside to collect my order. When I inquired about the change, the staff member responded defensively and made an unkind remark under her breath. It would be helpful for the restaurant to enhance its customer service by hiring more polite and friendly staff, as the morning team I interacted with was both unprofessional and unfriendly.
Terrible service. I saw two staff members behind the counter who weren't in uniform! I’m considering reporting this to OSHA. I’m voicing my concerns because I've managed five fast food restaurants, and I’ve never witnessed employees behaving this way—it's completely unprofessional and embarrassing. I hope the management steps in to address this situation. There was one girl and one guy in uniform, while two others, one girl and one guy, were making free smoothies for themselves!
I enjoy this chain, but I have to give them low ratings when the service is inconsistent, especially knowing there’s no management oversight. Prices have gone up, and today my order took 15 minutes at the window and was incorrect. I understand there may be new expenses, but I believe the floor manager should be monitoring the quality of the food. I stopped by to grab lunch on my way to a meeting, and the experience was fantastic! Miguel, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with all the adjustments we made to our order before the event. I had the Thai chicken wrap and the detox green smoothie, and both were delicious! Everything was well-organized and packed, making the pickup process smooth and easy.
I entered the restaurant and was greeted warmly. The Chicken Caesar wrap was tasty, and the smoothie was delightful. Since this was my first visit to this cafe while I was in town, I was thrilled to learn that they have a location in my hometown. I can't wait to visit it as well. Thank you!
