The first time my wife and I went there the order was wrong but we dealt with it anyways. This time I went by myself justfor a smoothie. My smoothie was over 7$. Not including the tip. So close to 9$. I said I didn't need my receipt and the cashiergoes and shows my receipt to some girl in the back. Tropical smoothie cafe has always been one of my go to places and I've been to dozens throughout Orlando and surrounding areas. I was so excited they were coming to Mt Dora...BUT ???? after many tries we won't go back, service has gotten slower and slower,orders are consistently wrong, customer service and cleanliness is a little worse each time. PLEASE do better...we want you tosucceed you can do great in this location and many locals will support this store ????????
Our order came out fine but the woman who was behind the counter, the manager, was speaking so rudely to her staff members. She did this in front of my boyfriend and I. It made me sympathetic for whoever works there, we felt extremely uncomfortable eatingat this location. No employee deserves to be yelled at like that, especially in front of customers. That is not how a mangershould run their business. Very heart aching and disappointing.

Have been coming here for awhile. Tonight, bought 3 chicken pesto meals. There was 1 tiny slice of chicken on each. Total rip-off. Not sure what happened at this store, but they lost a customer due to this store or food preparers being so cheap. Nota meal at all, just a big rip-off of their valuable customers. Don't go here unless you enjoy being screwed. The only good partwas the smoothie.
Fantastic. Service was no issue. Got our smoothies fast and fresh. We drank them all so fast we needed to find a rest stop soon after ? this location is the real deal folks. They were absolutely on point here. Thanks so much for everything! We will be back.
I was glad to see that we have a TSC locally. Ordered online and my food was ready when I got there, BUT the food smells like it's gone bad. It smells like the place smelled, like a dumpster! This place needs some attention. Get it together!!

Just came in for lunch. It was extremely busy but the staff were friendly and hardworking. I had the Southwest breakfast wrap. It was delicious.
Got a strawberry bananas smoothie after my wisdom teeth got pulled I can say is 5 stars! It taste amazing and the cups are huge!
