Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered a detox green smoothie online for picking up in the load. I stood there waiting for my drink to be made while preparing all the drinks that were in the line. I was pre-ordered and should have been ready when I arrived. I've been home all the way, and I realized why my drink lasted so long. I got another drink. they ordered an island green smoothie with a buckling sugar. the detox smoothie has 180 calories and the island green has 480! I was destroyed. I'm on a diet and counting calorie. busy or not, they have to slow down so they can get the commands right. what if I had an allergy to something in this drink? unacceptable. do not go back to this place.

first I ordered the pawler, waited 10 minutes after the order was accepted to be ready and went in. I have my smoothie and asked for a stray and the dame rolled her eyes and sighed. because the question of a stroh was soouo uncomfortable. she had to turn around literally. it was pretty rude my smoothie was made definitiw wrong and melted by the time I actually got. this is my neighboring bonnet location and I was happy to come here, but it seems like they have new employees who could really be careless. that will not come anymore. only one problem after the problem. do not even think about the ordering of food during the lunchtime!

Haven't been to the location on Warren rd Westland in quite sometime due to the rude and unprofessional, unpleasant staff. They reacted as if I'm interrupting their day by placing my order. Food is mediocre at best n staff needs to reevaluate they're position working with the general public. Too many other choices bye tropical smoothie

a worker named jesaja in the canton shop made me a special smoothie that was just delicious. I was really indecision to get what, and he beat a smoothie he does for himself all the time. I think it should be added to the menu! really good!

the food was great. only the question I found was that the staff was not able to handle what customers they had. two girls to take care of a complete dining room, is a bit too much for any restaurant
