I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Café on Sunset Boulevard in St. George, UT, and was really disappointed with both the service and the food. I paid around $15, expecting a decent meal, but the food was cold, dry, and flavorless.To make matters worse, the service was appalling. The cashier, Emmi J., was rude, impatient and displayed a total lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, the quality of the smoothies was subpar. We ordered a Paradise Point, but what we received tasted like a banana blended with water, lacking any hint of pineapple or strawberry. The peanut butter cup smoothie was no better; it tasted like cocoa powder mixed with ice chunks. It felt like the staff were just trying to rush us out before closing at 8 PM.
Considering we spent nearly $20 on two smoothies, this experience was very disappointing. I doubt I will return to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The prices are too high to endure poor service and receive such unappetizing drinks.

Kelly trains his team to truly listen to guests and focus on the details. Each order is always better than expected, and he ensures that I leave with everything just as I want it.
