I visited this location on Sunday evening and ordered two Açaí Berry Boost smoothies with Vitamin C. However, when I tasted them, they seemed more like frozen ice than anything I had ordered. I attempted to call the restaurant, but they were already closed. I couldn't even drink them since there was no point in consuming tasteless ice that cost a fortune. I also tried to reach out to them through the app, but received no response. Unfortunately, I must warn everyone to avoid this restaurant, as their smoothies are not up to par compared to other Tropical Smoothie locations. Save your $19 and choose another place. The quality is very poor.
The food at this restaurant is consistently good. The special menus are nothing out of the ordinary. I recommend trying the cranberry truffles and berry cranberry smoothies. The Thai chicken wrap was delicious. Overall, everything was great. The only downside is that there is a longer wait for food when the restaurant is busy. Overall, a great dining experience but could use some improvement in speed during peak times.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere along with delicious sandwiches. I tried the Acai Berry Smoothie, which was sweet and kept me satisfied throughout the day. For those looking for vegetarian choices, you can customize your smoothie with all fruit or all vegetables, and there are also edible straws and grain add-ins available.
The fantastic staff at this restaurant works hard to deliver outstanding service. The smoothies are perfectly blended and the dishes are well put together, with extra toast included. You can never go wrong when dining here! Keep up the great work!
