Saturday morning at 8:45 am I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap blimey limey and sea salt and vinegar chips. I pay and get my food and leave the drive-through. I find my wrap once I get onto the interstate of Square Lake and as I’m feeling my burrito though the paper, it is abnormally hard on the outside of the packaging and when I opened it up, it was burnt to a toast, I tried taking a bite and it was like biting into thick leather. No big deal. I turned around and drove back and had her remake it because I’m top of being overcooked there was also no buffalo sauce and inside the chicken wrap that was supposed to be a buffalo chicken, chicken wrap. it was not cut and it was not edible. Power's on at the building and you came over the microphone in the Drive-Thru... So explain to me how the excuse the power is out is when you're choosing? Do I look like I was born yesterday? 4:00 on a Thursday and you're not taking customers? Thankfully there's a Starbucks just down the street so I can still get something to drink.

Usually I never ask a barista to remake a drink even if it’s wrong but I was having a bad day. I asked for extra white chocolate at the drive through and they made me park upfront. I think her name was Arianna ? A very sweet lady who said she remade the drink with love and that she did. Thank you Arianna for spreading the love :
